A really good amount of updates this month, including a long-requested fix for DNI verification and a reworked onboarding flow. Many came directly from customer feedback.

Script Status Checker

Dynamic Number Insertion only works if it’s deployed correctly. Until now, confirming that your DNI script was live meant contacting support and waiting.

The Script Status Checker removes that dependency. You can now verify your script is installed and firing correctly, instantly, from the DNI page in your setup.

New User Onboarding

Setting up call tracking properly from day one is what separates accounts that generate useful data from accounts that generate noise.

We’ve rebuilt the onboarding flow into five guided steps that walk you through installing DNI, defining call flows, and connecting Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and your CRM. The goal is to have attribution working before your trial reaches day two.

Forms & Reporting

Unified forms view. All form submissions for a client are now visible in one place, rather than scattered across separate views.

Email notifications for form submissions. Form leads now trigger email alerts the same way call and SMS leads do, so no submission goes unnoticed.

Billing & Invoicing

Multiple invoice recipients. You can now send invoices to more than one email address, which makes it easier to keep finance teams in the loop without manual forwarding.

Clearer VAT/tax ID errors. Error messages for VAT and tax ID issues have been rewritten to make the problem and fix easier to understand.

Security & Access

Admin control over 2FA. Org admins can now enable or disable two-factor authentication for other users in the account.

Whitelabel signup fix. Resolved an issue where some whitelabel sign-ups could access the app without completing verification or being granted project access.

Stability & Performance

Improved cache handling and locking to reduce race conditions. Better handling of WAF optimistic locking errors. Whitelabel email errors now log to a dedicated Slack channel for faster debugging.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where updating swap group names in /tracking/numbers with non-existent indices would cause errors. Deleting a project now correctly cleans up associated tracking numbers and internal bridges.

Customer Requests (70+ resolved)

A few highlights from the queue:

Number provisioning. Added tracking numbers for area codes that were previously missing across Belgium, Canada, and Germany. Verified destination numbers where provisioning had failed.

Call tracking. Fixed cases where call logs displayed UTC instead of the organization’s timezone. Resolved issues with Google Ads call extensions and DNI not tracking correctly.

Forms. Fixed missing form activity for specific clients and errors when sending test events for email notifications.

Integrations. Resolved CRM and automation workflow issues to ensure tracking data passes correctly to downstream tools.

Billing & accounts. Resolved account ownership transfers and whitelabel activation issues.


What’s next
