How to enable Nimbata AI in your account

  1. Enable call recording & transcriptions
  2. Head over to Automations and create a new one that will fire first on the list
  3. Under the “Do this” section select the AI supported fields you wish Nimbata AI to populate
  4. Click on “Fill with AI’
  5. (optionally) write a prompt to help Nimbata AI update the field with the desired outcome.

Other important updates

Of course Nimbata AI didn’t monopolize this release. As usual the team went above and beyond and also rolled out some of the features you requested.

Let’s take a closer look at the most notable ones.

  1. Download Dashboard in pdf: You can now download the dashboard in pdf and share it with your clients
  2. Track custom URL parameters in forms: Similar to phone leads, you can now see custom URL parameters tracked for forms as well.
  3. Missed Callers as a filter in Activity: This was requested and it makes sense. You can now easily filter missed calls in your favorite view under the Activity section.
  4. Activity Views UI redesign: Major UI/UX redesign when you expand each row, so all the information about the call is at your fingertips.
  5. New Tags: Much needed change, to align with AI tagging.
  6. Limit transcription to calls based on duration: You can now set which calls you want to be transcribed (e.g. transcribe calls that are over 1.5 minutes)
