Nimbata + Pipedrive integration helps you discover how your phone leads turn into paying customers. Easily create new contacts when a new phone lead is generated or update your existing ones based on new caller’s activity – avoid duplicated contacts and keep your CRM as clean as it gets.

- Keeping your CRM updated: Importing phone leads to Pipedrive allows you to create contacts when a phone call is placed from a first time caller that is not in your database or update an existing one enriching your lead data with additional info such as call duration, call source, utm campaign, gclid, call page, landing page and call recordings.

- Log in to your Nimbata account, navigate to the Integrations section, and select Pipedrive.
- Click on “Connect” to connect your Pipedrive account.
- In the pop up click “Allow and Install”.
- Map Nimbata fields to Pipedrive fields. You’ll need to configure two scenarios: one for when the caller is not found, and another for when the caller is already in your CRM.
- Select the default “After Every Call” automation or customize rules to control when Nimbata triggers the integration, giving you greater control over your data.
- Click on Send test and Save.
- Send a test event to see how a call is sent to Pipedrive and click Save.
- Your integration is now complete! From now on, all incoming calls that match your automation criteria will be automatically logged in your Pipedrive account. It’s that simple!
