OK so what’s new?

If your focus in solely on lead generation, then you should be already covered through the Google Ads integration and the ability to view calls as conversions.
But what if you want to go a step deeper into the funnel? Say, also pass the order value that each call generated?
This is where Google Sheets come into play. By passing the Click ID, along with the call details you can have your agents fill in the value of the order that each call generated and then use the list with the GCLIDs to upload these data as offline conversions in Google Ads!

Not a Google person? Same goes for Facebook. Get that list of FBCLIDs and upload them in Facebook Events manager!

Conclusion

Having data is great. Having great data is even better. If you wish to combine calls with visitor level data for reporting purposes and uploading these data to Facebook or Google Ads, then this is the way to go.
Google Sheets in available under our Marketing plan, for agencies and marketing freelancers.
