Also, we are excited to announce that we have reduced the pricing for our transcription service from $0.04 per minute to just $0.02 per minute!
We understand how crucial transcriptions are for your call tracking needs, whether you’re using them for call summaries or keyword spotting.
That’s why we’ve made this change while ensuring the same high quality of service you’ve come to expect.
By leveraging economies of scale, we’ve been able to pass these savings directly to you, without changing the quality of transcriptions from our trusted partners.!

- DNI Tracking code UI update – We updated the UI of the DNI Tracking code page when you have multiple swap groups to allow for a better experience.
- DNI Tracking code UX update – The script will now automatically swap any numbers on your website that contain
- Swap groups names – On a similar note, we introduced Swap group names to help accounts with a large amount of pools.
- Payment Methods – You can now setup multiple credit cards or setup payments via Google and Apple pay accounts
- Users – We added a new user category (Analytics & Tagging) and have made the Analytics user read only.
- Integrations – As new integrations are added we made searching for your favorite integration easier. Enter integrations categories.
- Zapier enhancement – For those of you who use server side tracking and Zapier we included custom cookie data to be sent to Zapier.
- Various bug fixes – You know who you are 🙂
