We learned it the hard way a couple of days ago.

Here’s the story…

Recently, we made some bold UI/UX changes.

This led to confusion among users, evident from the influx of emails asking for help – you know who you are 🙂

We quickly realized some changes weren’t intuitive— so, we promptly made some simple tweaks like adding three dots next to the view to export your call data.

Problem solved. 

Email inquiries dropped to zero 😀 .

This wasn’t the only UI/UX change we made.

Buckle up, and let’s check some highlights of this month’s updates.

Highlight #1: New Home Screen

We’re really excited to share our new Home screen with you – which you’ve probably already seen.

We’ve redesigned it to give you a quick snapshot of your lead data.

Now, it’s easier than ever to see your calls per day, trending pages, sources, and recent call and form activity—all in one place.

We hope this makes your daily workflow a bit smoother.

New Dashboard

Highlight #2: Revamped Call Activity

This is where many of you spend a lot of time listening to calls, tagging, scoring, rating, and reading transcripts.

We’ve made some improvements to make your experience even better.

Now, you’ll find the dates and filters menus conveniently shifted to the left. Plus, the old Actions Menu is now easier to access—you can get to it by clicking the three dots on the right or directly on the View name. We hope these changes make managing your calls smoother and more intuitive.

Highlight #3: Tracking Numbers menu

We’ve listened to your feedback about managing multiple tracking numbers.

Previously, editing names or changing sources was a hassle with having to scroll up constantly.

We’re happy to share that we’ve made the menu sticky, so now it follows you as you scroll.

We hope this change makes your workflow much smoother!

Other (important) updates

Let’s explore together other notable additions, included in this release.

  1. Continue call without giving consent for recording: This is especially important for our European customers. Callers now have the option to decline the call being recorded but continue with the call.
  2. Pool Checker – Link to guide: A link to the detailed guide, explaining how many numbers you need to have in your pool, was added in the pool check page.
  3. Add Caller ID to SPAM for all projects: You can now block a caller ID and mark them as SPAM, across all of your projects 
  4. Call Tags are now Tags: As we move into lead tracking and include forms, this renaming was necessary.
  5. Copy sources from other projects: Ability to copy a configured source (e.g. custom UTMs) to a new project.
  6. Invoice pagination: Find and download all invoices under “Plans & Billing”
