These summaries are currently in beta and are exclusive to users on the Marketing and Agency plans.
Simply activate transcriptions in your call flows to access the call summary alongside the transcription in the Activity section.
Other April 2024 updates
- Click ID in forms: Click IDs tracked (GCLID, FBCLID, MSCLKID) are now displayed in a separate column in Form Tracking reports
- Delete SPAM calls from log: Calls marked as SPAM are now automatically removed from the call log.
