1) New Call Flow Builder is live!

3) Copy Automation Rules on multiple brands
If you manage multiple brands in your account it may become tedious to create the same automation rule each time for each of your brands.
We now introduced a way to copy an automation rule you’ve created under one of your brands to other brands which you wish to have the same rule!
4) Clone settings from an existing brand to a newly created one
You’ve made the effort to setup a brand with their tracking sources, destinations, tags, custom parameters, integrations, automation rules and triggers.
Why go through the entire process again when you want to add a new brand to your account?
Head over to the brand configuration page and click on duplicate brand.
Presto! Nimbata clones the settings of the brand you selected to a newly created one 🙂
5) Enhanced Integration Testing
We always urge you to send test events to your favorite app before saving your configuration. To make it even easier we made the “Send test event” function even easier!
Go ahead and give it a spin!
Currently available in Hubspot, Salesforce, Slack, Zoho and Webhook integrations.
6) Destination digits pressed
Small but very important addition to your call activity data. Digits pressed now split to show digits pressed by caller and digits pressed by destination.
7) GSheets integration got even better!
More available data to send to GSheets – including custom created fields! Why settle for less?
