What if I go over the included usage?

If at any point during your 14-day trial, you reach the limits on tracking numbers and answered calls, the report view will be capped and we will send you a notification that you have the option to upgrade your plan in order to continue maximizing the impact of nimbata

What happens when my Trial ends? Will I be charged?

We’ll notify you via email before your trial ends. After your 14-day free trial, you’ll be asked to pick a plan and enter your payment info. You can keep working with your account and all the data that you added during the trial period. 

Since we don’t ask for your credit card upfront, you will only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we’ll ask for payment details. If not — cancel with a click, no questions asked.b

I just subscribed to my plan. When do I start getting billed?

bIf you subscribe to a plan during your free trial period, you’ll be charged immediately for the subscription fee plus tax (minus any discounts if applicable). Your subscription will start right away and your trial will end. Your subscription fee will also be collected immediately when you subscribe to a plan after your trial expires.

Your subscription will renew automatically (on a monthly basis) by charging the payment method on file until you cancel. You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

How do you charge for calls? Per-minute? Or per-answered-call?

Other services give the illusion of fair pricing, but then include usage costs such as per-minute charges, or other ‘hidden’ fees. As a result businesses get stuck with a hefty bill for lengthy calls and may even consider call tracking expensive.

Nimbata simply tells it like it is, and puts the control in your hands. Nimbata is the only call tracking platform that charges per “answered call”, not per-call, not per-minute. This way your monthly costs will be based on what matters most to marketing: the answered calls (aka warm leads) that nimbata helps you generate

Do I need a Trial or is there another way to experience the platform?

You can request a free, customized demo and have a Nimbata expert show you our suite of call tracking, call analytics, conversion attribution, and marketing integration options.

How does the Free Trial work?

Every new user that signs up gets the ability to explore the full value of Nimbata for 14 days, as a free trial – no credit card details needed. During the trial period, you get access to all of Nimbata’s features and capabilities (as in the Marketing plan) but your usage is capped at 2 tracking numbers and 50 answered calls. You can subscribe to a monthly or an annual plan at any time during the trial or once it ends. 

How Will I Get Billed?

Nimbata will bill your credit card on a monthly basis with the base fee of your plan for the upcoming month and the additional usage from the previous month. In case you sign up in one of our plans on the 15th day, we’ll bill you respectively on the 15th of each month. 

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is canceled, you will not be charged next month and only the current billing period’s usage charges will be invoiced.
