One of the biggest benefits when using Nimbata, is the ability to send data to your favorite marketing or sales apps. The apps you as a marketer use on a daily basis to optimize for performance! If you are like me, then having raw data in sheets, is a must have when it comes to reporting and uploading these data in platforms like Google Ads.
You asked and we delivered. In our latest update, Google Sheets integration got even better 💪.
How? Brace yourselves and let’s dive into more details!
Google Sheets Integration
First things first. Head over to Setup – Integrations and from there select “Google Sheets”
Search for the button “Sign in with Google” and go through the verification steps
You will be notified about the necessary permissions you’ll need to allow Nimbata to access.
Hit that “Allow” button and you’re in 🎉
Tell Nimbata under which folder in your Google Drive to create the file and give it a name.
That’s it! Any calls towards your tracking numbers will be reported in Google Sheets, in real time.
Neat right? 😎
But hold on! What data are sent?

OK so what’s new?
If your focus in solely on lead generation, then you should be already covered through the Google Ads integration and the ability to view calls as conversions.
But what if you want to go a step deeper into the funnel? Say, also pass the order value that each call generated?
This is where Google Sheets come into play. By passing the Click ID, along with the call details you can have your agents fill in the value of the order that each call generated and then use the list with the GCLIDs to upload these data as offline conversions in Google Ads!
Not a Google person? Same goes for Facebook. Get that list of FBCLIDs and upload them in Facebook Events manager!
Having data is great. Having great data is even better. If you wish to combine calls with visitor level data for reporting purposes and uploading these data to Facebook or Google Ads, then this is the way to go.
Google Sheets in available under our Marketing plan, for agencies and marketing freelancers.
