If you are a Nimbata user, you’ve hopefully witnessed that we strive to be always there for you and answer any questions you may have. To achieve that, we’ve set up multiple channels for communication, such as the ability to connect with one of our representatives via the in-app chat, or get instant access to our online resources like our step by step guides and guided product tours.
At the same time, we are constantly working on new methods to improve. Today I have the pleasure to share with you our latest addition on our Help Center, our Getting Started Videos! It is an additional tool to help you with the setup process, which we hope will really wash your hands!
