With Keypad Scoring, you have the capability to input important details regarding an incoming call immediately after it concludes. Within the call survey, you can assess the call as a potential lead, attach a label to it for tracking and reporting purposes, and provide a rating for the call.
Once your conversation concludes, you wait for the customer to disconnect the call first. It’s important to note that only the agent handling the call will be privy to this survey; the caller won’t be aware of it.

Navigate to Lead Tracking -> Call Flows. Create a new or edit an existing call flow with the Call Flow Builder. Add a call survey and choose the options that the agent will hear, prompting them to tag the call through a keypad entry
