Are there any setup / cancellation fees?

There are no contract commitments or setup/cancellation fees. Pay monthly or as you go.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through your online account. Want to pay via paypal or invoice? No worries! Contact us and we'll set that up for you!


When you sign up, we provide you free access to all features of our platform along with a $20 free credit. Once your trial period is over, you can choose the plan that suits your needs. You don't have to worry about choosing a plan right now. Signing up for a free trial does not require a credit card.

What are the termination costs for calls I receive?

Each call you receive is billed according to the detailed pricing rates per country prefix. For rates, visit the detailed pricing page for more information.

Can I downgrade / upgrade my plan?

Of course! If you choose to change your plan, it will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Until then, you will continue to be billed at your current plan rate.

Do my free minutes expire?

Yes. The allowance of minutes you purchase each cycle will expire at the end of the cycle.

What happens if I call over my plan allowance?

If your allowance reaches 0 credits, your calls will stop. You can upgrade your plan to resume calling, or purchase additional credits at pay as you go rates.
